24/7 dispatch & call center

A dispatch desk that doesn't clock off.

Bookings by phone, email and text. Driver assignment, live tracking and customer support — around the clock, inside your existing software, for less than half the cost of one local hire.

That second one is literal — ring the number, book a trip as if you were a customer, and hear exactly how your callers would be treated.

The maths nobody runs

One missed airport run costs more than a week of us.

A corporate client calls at 2am to move a pickup. If nobody answers, the booking goes to whoever does — and the account often follows it.

Covering a desk properly for 24 hours a day, seven days a week takes roughly 4.2 full-time dispatchers once you account for holidays, sickness and rest days. Almost no small fleet can carry that. So the real choice becomes your phone at midnight, or lost runs.

There is a third option.

One in-house dispatcher, fully loaded$50–60k / yr
Headcount for genuine 24/7 cover× 4.2
True cost of a round-the-clock desk$210k+ / yr
A dedicated Grasp dispatcherUnder half of one hire
Flat monthly rate — never per minute, never per call. You know the number before the month starts, and a long booking conversation never costs you extra.

Industries we serve

Three industries. One discipline.

Different software, different pressures — the same need for someone competent answering at 3am.

Limousine & black car

Never lose an airport transfer again

Corporate accounts change plans at unsociable hours. We take the call, move the booking, reassign the chauffeur and confirm — before your competitor's phone even rings.

Dispatch services for limousine companies
Taxi & private hire

Cover the night shift without the night wages

Late-night surges, driver call-offs and no-shows handled by a staffed desk — at a fraction of what a local overnight dispatcher costs you.

Dispatch services for taxi companies
Food delivery & last mile

Full order lifecycle, not just order taking

We take the order, place it with the restaurant, dispatch the driver, warn the customer proactively when a delivery runs late, and mediate between kitchen and customer when something goes wrong — the work that quietly protects your ratings.

Our operation

Meet the desk that answers your phone.

Handing your customers to a team you've never met is a real decision. So look at ours before you make it.

Grasp Solutions team introduction and office tour
Team Introduction & Office Tour THE FLOOR · THE PEOPLE · HOW A SHIFT RUNS
01
Two layers of backup power

A UPS carries the floor instantly through any cut, with an on-site generator taking over if the outage runs long. Calls don't drop during the handover.

02
Three independent broadband lines

From separate providers. One carrier fault doesn't take your phones down with it.

03
Office-based, never remote

Every agent works from our supervised floor. No client data on home networks or personal laptops, and team leads on hand as calls happen.

04
24/7 CCTV surveillance

The operations floor is monitored continuously, around the clock.

How it starts

Start with the hours you can't cover. Month to month.

Most operators begin with nights and weekends only, keep their daytime desk exactly as it is, and widen the hours once it's running well. No long contract, and no reason to commit to more than you need.

  • A dedicated agent or small pod — the same people every shift, learning your regulars, your drivers, your airport runs
  • We work inside your existing booking software. No migration, no new system to learn
  • Flat monthly rate agreed up front — never per minute, never per call
  • No setup fee, and no lock-in. Thirty days' notice, any time
  • Hear us before you decide: call the number below, or watch the floor on our office tour
Straight answers

The questions operators actually ask.

Where is your team based?

Lahore, Pakistan. We're a division of Grasp Solutions (Pvt) Ltd, and we say so plainly because you'd find out anyway — and because our team is the reason clients stay, not something to hide. Call the number above and judge the English, the manner and the competence for yourself before committing to anything.

How do I know my customers will be handled properly?

Ring us and book a trip as if you were one of them. That's the whole test, it costs you nothing, and it tells you more than any reference could. Watch the office tour while you're at it. Then start with after-hours only, month to month — your daytime desk stays exactly as it is, and you widen the hours when you're satisfied rather than before.

Why not just hire a virtual assistant myself?

A single VA gets sick, sleeps, takes holidays and eventually quits — and when they do, your phones are unstaffed and you start again. You're buying a team: supervision, quality monitoring, trained backup agents on the same floor, and no recruitment or HR liability. The coverage is guaranteed by the operation, not by one person.

Do you work inside our booking software?

Yes — that's the point. Bookings go into your system, not ours, so your records, your reporting and your drivers' workflow stay exactly as they are. You give us access the same way you would a new member of staff.

What happens to our data?

Agents work only from our supervised office, never from home, on a floor under continuous CCTV. Access is limited to the accounts each agent is assigned. For UK and EU clients we act as your data processor and will sign a Data Processing Agreement.

What does it cost?

A flat monthly rate depending on the hours you need covered and your call volume, and it typically lands under half the cost of one local hire. Never per minute and never per call, so a long booking conversation never costs you extra. Tell us your hours and we'll quote a number.
